Our Goal

At WalkEZ TalkEZ we believe in a holistic approach to therapy and draw from a variety of methods including sensory integration techniques to provide custom therapy for each client based on their individual needs.

Scheduling Your First Visit

Please call our office to complete the intake process. Before we can schedule your first visit, we will take your information over the phone, including insurance information. We will also request that you send us images of the front and back of your insurance card. If your insurance plan is an HMO, you will need to obtain a referral from the patient’s primary care provider and send it to us.

Once all information is collected (including the referral if needed), we will verify your insurance benefits. When we have completed this process, we will contact you via email. We will then review the benefits information and anticipated financial obligations over the phone with you and schedule your first visit.

Before you come in for your first visit, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire that can help our therapists begin to assess your individual needs. Please advise us of any treatments or therapies you have received for areas of concern including sleep studies, CBTC, neurological treatments, lactation consultations, cranio-sacral therapies, or any other therapies.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

At your first visit, we will discuss areas of concern and any treatments that have been tried to date. We will do an evaluation of you (or your child) to further assess where problems may exist.

Any service charges not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
